Your content
You may provide input to the services (“input”), and receive output from the services based on the input (“output”). Input and output are collectively “content". You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide input to our services.
LinkBlink.Tech content
Some of our services include content that belongs to LinkBlink.Tech — for example, parts of the interview self-preparation kits etc. You may use LinkBlink's content as allowed by these terms, but we retain any intellectual property rights that we have in our content. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any of our branding, logos, or legal notices. If you want to use our branding or logos, please contact us.
Other content
Finally, some of our services give you access to content that belongs to other people or organizations — for example, a vacancy description of their job ads, or a questions in respect of the specific job interviews facilitated by LinkBlink.Tech. You may not use this content without that person or organization’s permission, or as otherwise allowed by law. The views expressed in other people or organizations’ content are theirs, and don’t necessarily reflect LinkBlink.Tech's views.
Ownership of content
As between you and the Company, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in input.
Rights you grant
You retain all of your ownership rights in your content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. However, we do require you to grant certain rights to LinkBlink.Tech and other users of the service, as described below.
Licence to LinkBlink.Tech

Licence to other users
You also grant each other user of the service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access your content through the service, and to use that content (including to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform it) only as enabled by a feature of the service.
Duration of licence
The licences granted by you continue until the content is removed as described in these terms. Once removed, the licences will terminate, except where the operation of the service, use of content permitted before your removal, or the law requires otherwise. For example, removal of content by you does not require LinkBlink to: (a) recall content that is being used by other users within any limited offline viewing functionality of the service; or (b) delete copies we reasonably need to keep for legal purposesl; or (c) delete or clean up any derivative information created in result of processing your content for interview processing etc.
Anomalies of content
Due to the nature of our services and artificial intelligence, generally, output may sometimes have an undesirable and unprovoked element of hate speech or other AI and LLM's related anomalies.
Accuracy
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our services may, in some situations, result in output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.
When you use our services you understand and agree:
- Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on output from our services as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
- You must evaluate output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing output from the services.
- You must not use any output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as employment, or other important decisions about them.

The Company will not be liable for the privacy of email addresses, registration and identification information, disk space, communications, confidential or trade-secret information, or any other content stored on the Company's equipment, transmitted over networks accessed by the services, or otherwise connected with your use of the services.

Limitation of liability
