In doubt? Contact us.
These terms of service reflect the way LinkBlink.Tech's business works, the rules that apply to our company, and certain things we've always believed to be true. As a result, these terms of service help define LinkBlink.Tech's relationship with you as you interact with our services.
For example, these terms include the following:
Understanding these terms is important because, to use our services, you must accept these terms.
Besides these terms, we also have chapters on a privacy and personal information data handling policy. We encourage you to read it to better understand how you can update, manage, and delete your information.
These terms help define the relationship between you and LinkBlink.Tech ("Company"). Broadly speaking, we give you permission to use our services if you agree to follow these terms. When we speak of "LinkBlink," "Company," "we," "us," and "our," we mean LinkBlink.Tech.
By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to access or use the services.
Our services are intended for users who are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent where mandated by local law. If you are under the required age, you may only use our services with appropriate parental consent and supervision.
LinkBlink.Tech provides AI-powered products and services that span across multiple applications, which can be applied for individual upskilling, interview training, recruitment helpers, etc. The services are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties regarding their availability, functionality, or performance.
Services offered by the Company as a part of the LinkBlink.Tech interview and learning platform include the website, along with other features and tools provided by the platform to its users.
We and our affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services. Unauthorized use of the trademarks and trade dress is strictly prohibited.
You may provide input to the services ("input"), and receive output from the services based on the input ("output"). Input and output are collectively "content". You are responsible for input, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide input to our services.
Some of our services include content that belongs to LinkBlink.Tech — for example, parts of the interview self-preparation kits etc. You may use LinkBlink's content as allowed by these terms, but we retain any intellectual property rights that we have in our content. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any of our branding, logos, or legal notices. If you want to use our branding or logos, please contact us.
Finally, some of our services give you access to content that belongs to other people or organizations — for example, a vacancy description of their job ads, learning content, or a questions in respect of the specific job interviews facilitated by LinkBlink.Tech. You may not use this content without that person or organization's permission, or as otherwise allowed by law. The views expressed in other people or organizations' content are theirs, and don't necessarily reflect LinkBlink.Tech's views.
As between you and the Company, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in input and original content you provide to our services, and (b) the Company retains ownership rights in all output, AI-generated assessments, scoring results, interview summaries, performance analytics, learning recommendations, and any derivative works or improvements created by processing your input through our services.
While you own your original responses and inputs, the Company's proprietary algorithms, AI analysis, and generated insights represent our intellectual property and remain our exclusive property. This ensures we can continue to improve our services and provide valuable assessments to both users and hiring organizations.
You retain all of your ownership rights in your content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. However, we do require you to grant certain rights to LinkBlink.Tech and other users of the service, as described below.
By providing content to the service, you grant to LinkBlink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use that content (including to reproduce, distribute, modify, display and perform it) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service.
You also grant each other user of the service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access your content through the service, and to use that content (including to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform it) only as enabled by a feature of the service.
The licences granted by you continue until the content is removed as described in these terms. Once removed, the licences will terminate, except where the operation of the service, use of content permitted before your removal, or the law requires otherwise. For example, removal of content by you does not require LinkBlink to: (a) recall content that is being used by other users within any limited offline viewing functionality of the service; or (b) delete copies we reasonably need to keep for legal purposes; or (c) delete or clean up any derivative information created in result of processing your content.
As a core function of our interview platform services, LinkBlink.Tech shares interview-related data with hiring organizations that have engaged our services for candidate assessment. This sharing is essential to provide the contracted interview and assessment services.
Data Shared: We share interview responses, performance assessments, AI-generated summaries, scoring results, and recommendation outputs with the relevant hiring organization for each interview session.
Legal Basis: This sharing is conducted under Article 6(1)(b) - Performance of Contract, as it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to both users and hiring organizations.
Hiring Organization Obligations: Organizations receiving interview data must maintain appropriate data protection measures, use the data solely for hiring evaluation purposes, and comply with applicable data protection laws.
User Rights: You may request information about what data was shared with specific hiring organizations and can exercise your data subject rights regarding this shared data.
Due to the nature of our services and artificial intelligence, generally, output may sometimes have an undesirable and unprovoked element of hate speech or other AI and LLM's related anomalies.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our services may, in some situations, result in output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.
